Before we design anything, we help make sense of the brand behind the idea. We look at who it is for, what it needs to communicate, and where it is heading, so the creative direction has a clear foundation.

This is where the world around the brand starts to take shape. We explore the mood and visual identity, including the logo suite, fonts, colours, and other visual elements that make up a layered, thoughtful and distinctive identity.

Hi, I’m Mia, founder of Studio Kin.
What I’ve always loved most about this work is the connection. Sitting with a founder at the beginning of an idea, or in the middle of a brand evolution, and helping them make sense of what they’re building, who they want to reach and how they want it to feel.
I started my first design business as a way to build my portfolio, but quickly realised that working closely with clients was the part I loved most.
A few years later, after working at an agency and travelling through Europe, I found myself in Sicily with the itch to create again. Not long after, I rebranded the business as Studio Kin.
The name Kin came from the idea of kindred, like-minded connection. I wanted the studio to feel like a true creative partnership, where founders felt understood, supported and excited by the process.
A lot has evolved since then, but the heart of the studio remains the same: helping passionate founders shape brands that feel aligned with what they’re building and where they hope to take it.
